COVID-19 SPECIFIC CANCELLATION & REFUND TERMS

We have put into place additional cancellation & refund terms for bookings cancelled between 7 - 24 hours for clients with Covid-19 or official Covid-19 symptoms.

 

We do ask that you cancel or reschedule your booking if:

  • You have Covid-19 symptoms (or have had in the last 7 days); or

  • You have been in contact with someone in the last 14 days who is suspected of having Covid-19

If you need to cancel Massage Holistic Therapy will :

  • Try to reschedule the treatment (7 days clear of symptoms)

  • Provide a voucher for the treatment booked

  • If the client deems the above 2 options aren’t suitable, then Massage Holistic Therapy will review your request and if necessary, make a refund less any administrative charge.

 

HOW TO CHANGE A BOOKING

 

To reschedule or cancel a session with us please write (via email, letter or post card) to the details provided on the “Contact Me” section of our official website.

 

If you cancel your booking between 7 – 24 hours of your appointment time due to Covid-19 conditions, we will require proof of your condition in order to confirm a cancellation and refund.
