Welcome to Massage Holistic Therapy! By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the relationship between you and Massage Holistic Therapy. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

At Massage Holistic Therapy we understand that unanticipated events may lead to broken or cancelled appointments. In order for us to be fair to our clients and therapists’ we have put into affect the following cancellation policies...

 

  1. We require a minimum 24-hours advance notice if you cancel your appointment. This allows another client the opportunity to avail themselves of our treatments during your cancelled appointment.

  2. If you are unable to give the minimum 24-hours advance notice and we are unable to fill your cancelled appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the booked appointment. This includes appointments paid for via gift vouchers.

  3. If we are able to fill your appointment with an alternative client you will only be charged a £9.95 administration fee for your cancelled appointment.

  4. On the other hand, if you are able to cancel your appointment with more then 24 hours advance notice there is only a £9.95 administration fee.

  5. In cases where a client chooses not to attend an appointment and does not inform us they will be charged the full amount for the booked appointment. This includes appointments paid for via gift vouchers.

Cancellation charges are discretionary and depends upon the customers circumstances. If you wish to request a refund please do so via the contact us form on this website; other forms of communication will delay the process.  We will always do our utmost to accommodate our clients if they are late, but out of respect for our therapist and other clients we ask that all clients plan their journey carefully n order to be on time.

​Massage Holistic Therapy reserves the right to cancel treatments within 24 hours notice. In the rare event that Massage Holistic Therapy has to cancel a treatment, and we are unable to reschedule an appointment date that suits you, a full refund will be submitted within 7 days.

Massage Holistic Therapy reserves the right to cancel treatment on the day of appointment if the client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that deems the client to be inebriated or intoxicated. We are unable to provide treatment to clients in this state and no refund will be given.

Inappropriate Behaviour

Massage Holistic Therapy reserves the right to terminate treatment immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate, violent or sexual behaviour. In these cases full payment for the booked appointment will be collected regardless of  whether the treatment has been administered, as it is not reasonable to expect Massage Holistic Therapy to be able to provide treatment to another client at the appointment time.

 

The termination of treatment due to inappropriate, violent or sexual behaviour towards our therapist or other staff means you forfeit your rights to claim a refund if your treatment is terminated before or during the appointment.

 

If Massage Holistic Therapy is unable to collect payment before the appointment an invoice will be sent to the client and will be due for payment immediately.

 

If required court action will be pursued for inappropriate, violent or sexual behaviour as well as any loss of income and additional administrative fees will be charged.

Voucher Terms Of Use

  1. Vouchers entitle clients to the services listed on this website (www.massageholistictherapy.co.uk).

  2. Vouchers can only be exchanged for the services listed on this website, on the day of use.

  3. Only one voucher per client (and per group) can be accepted.

  4. All vouchers are subject to verification at time of presentation.

  5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for the equivalent cash value.

  6. Vouchers are valid up to the expiry date indicated. If you wish to use an expired voucher please contact us before attempting to redeem it, otherwise your voucher will be treated as void.

  7. Massage Holistic Therapy reserves the right to refuse to accept a voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or otherwise is suspected to have been affected from fraud.

  8. All voucher related terms & conditions published on this website supersede those on printed material. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

  9. Massage Holistic Therapy reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw voucher terms and conditions without prior notice. Your statutory rights will not be effected.
